Who is eligible for the trial?
If you’re an event planner looking to enhance your event-tech portfolio and find the best solutions to run fabulous events, then this is for you.

How long does the trial last?
Up to three months, but if you need longer, we are happy to discuss.

Will I be able to take real registrations?
Yes, up to 50, and send out emails and report on your event metrics.

Do I need to submit my credit card details?
No, we won’t be asking for these.

How many trials can I have?
Just the one initially, but we are always happy to discuss.

What’s the catch?
No catch. We are confident in our solutions and want event planners to see how we can help them.

Terms & Conditions

  • Your trial will last for three months from the date your trial account is created
  • Limited to one trial account per company
  • No more than one trial per company per calendar year
  • You free trial is limited to 50 registrations
  • A free trial user will be able to access Eventsforce public support material and the ‘Getting Started’ videos, but will not have access to online chat support functionality
  • The free trial is limited to free events as processing payments for registrations is not supported.
  • Eventsforce reserves the right to refuse a free trial on any occasion as it deems fit, without prejudice
  • Data Management – You will be able to export or delete your data at any time. If you progress your trial to becoming an Eventsforce client, your data will be retained and managed under your new Commercial Agreement. If you choose to not progress your trial, we will delete your trial account and everything within, and you will have until the trial expires to export your data
  • As part of your trial we would appreciate a review on our Capterra site
