Your Event Technology Partner for Experiences That Matter
Helping you reduce your workload, engage attendees and deliver event success
Our Story
Eventsforce was founded in 2004 by George Sirius, Jeremy Ward and Fred Gustafsson. The team recognised the need for a more powerful, flexible, and cost-effective software solution for the events industry.
Their mission was to develop a system that would simplify the lives of busy event planners, help them bring incredible experiences to attendees and deliver tangible results to the organisations they work for.
And this is exactly what they achieved.
But we’re not just about technology – we’re about people too. Our friendly and personalised partnership approach is reflected across everything we do – from our customer-led development programme to industry-leading onboarding and consultation, dedicated account management and a support service which continues to smash global industry ratings each year.
In 2019 Eventsforce was acquired by Simpleview, a software, creative and data insights company that partners with destinations and their agencies to engage stakeholders, attract visitors, and win bids for conventions and events.
In 2024, Eventsforce became part of Granicus, a global leader in government experience technologies and services. Together, we’ll continue to offer powerful event management tools while also opening doors to new capabilities and enhanced services.
Today, Eventsforce is one of the industry’s most trusted providers of event management software, supporting thousands of events worldwide.
Supporting the future of the events industry
Eventsforce has an active skills development initiative with educational institutions, including the likes of Coventry University – the UK’s number one university in event management (Guardian 2016 Subject League Tables). It was the first organisation in the country to offer university students with a certification programme in event management software.
